Black Bottom Cupcakes I
I'll have to make 1.5x batter like others have suggested. Stuck to the pan - so cupcake liners would be ideal in this recipe. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary
Good recipe, But I tweaked it a LOT. nonetheless, delicious. Added garlic, thyme, broth to the roasting pan, red peppers in the broth and squeezed a lemon over the top. Also, basted occasionally.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Great recipe. Added vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of cloves to give the muffins a kick, otherwise - perfect.
