Refried Beans Without the Refry
We've used this recipe so many times I had to come back and give it a 5 star rating. You'll never want to buy a can of refried beans again! We like to add a little chicken base and chili powder to the recipe. I also add at least 2 jalapenos or a serano pepper. It's not too hot, just adds a little more kick.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
The chicken was very moist, but I wasn't impressed with the flavor. Not like the restaurant Rotisserie chickens I've had.

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes
I made this last night & my husband loved it! He didn't think it was much to look at & was surprised at how good it was. I used water & not chicken broth & it had lots of flavor, probably from the ham (honey-baked ham). Will definelty make this again.
