I love to make BBQ Ribs, Pork Roast with Sauerkraut.

My cooking tragedies
My first Thanskgiving, invited my Mom and Sister and also my Motherinlaw and Faterinlaw. Had the bird in the oven along with a beef roast, kept on checking it and it was not getting done, when my Mom came over I told her and I didn't know why? some how I turned my oven off. I let the oven heat up but I think when I turned the timer on and then reset it I turned off the oven by Accident.

Hearty Ham Pie
I followed the directions as stated and this was an excellent, delicious pie. Very easy to make. Will make again. When I make a recipe I stay true to the ingredients and directions so I can give a fair review. But this recipe can be alter also to include what you have on hand. Thank you

Saltine Toffee Cookies
These are great! I followed the recipe exactly. I followed the suggestion of boiling it for 3 minutes, not stirring. The carmel burnt a little. Poured over the crakers baked as recommended and then added the chocolate chips after letting cool for a few minutes I spread the chocolate which was very easy to do and added chopped walnuts that is all I had on hand. I will make again.

Regular Crepes
These were excellent and easy to make. I followed the directions exactly except I used 1/2 of the 1/4 cup scoops and they came out nice and thin. I used a small non stick pan and criso butter flavored shortening which I greased the pan lightly with- with a paper towel for each crepe I made. My fire on the stove was at medium heat so as to not burn them, this made them a nice golden brown on each side. This made me about 7 crepes. I filled them as a previous reviewer suggested with the creamy strawberry crepes filing from this site and topped with frozen mixed berries and whipping cream. Very delicous. Will definitely make again. Thinking with bananas and carmel syrup. Ummm.
