Sesame Tilapia
This is a very simple recipe to make but I thought the taste was just ok. I let it marinate for almost an hour and although you could taste the sesame oil, it just didn't have a lot of other flavors. I would try again as it was easy and I have the ingredients on hand.

Easy Elegant Skillet Chicken Supreme
I loved this recipe. After I sauted the chicken and removed them, I first sauted a finely minced garlic and shallot for just a minute before I added the mushrooms. And you could definitely double the wine and broth for more sauce. However, I did not add the cheese at the end. Just didn't need it. My husband really liked this and said he would like to have it again.

Classy Green Bean Casserole
This is a great change from the traditional Green Bean Casserole. I used a whole can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of sour cream instead. And I also added some chopped pecans to the topping. I fixed this for Thanksgiving and loved it.
