Ken's Minestrone Soup
I love this recipe and didn't change a thing, however, I didn't know whether I was supposed to drain and/or rinse the cannelini & kidney beans.

Apple Bundt Cake
Way too heavy and not much taste. I even doubled the apples as suggested. I tried it twice. I will not make it again.
