The Best Lemon Bars
The "Best" is right. I tried the slightly smaller pan idea - making the crust and filling just a little thicker. Also sprinkled a little powdered sugar on top. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
Wonderful recipe and very easy. I added roasted garlic like other people suggested and it was excellent! I wasn't sure about the cream cheese - but you can't even taste it. I think it might be good with cheddar cheese and bacon too - not light - but good!
