Salmon with White Wine Sauce and Fettuccini

We tried this recipe a few days ago and weren't too thrilled. The sauce wasn't creamy like we expected, at all and really wasn't very flavorful. The recipe sounded delicious, and we followed it to a tee, but we were less impressed with the outcome.

Butternut Squash Soup

This soup has a very subtle, but delicious flavor. I was a little apprehensive about the cream cheese, given I'm not usually a big fan. But it made the soup nice and creamy. My fiancee and I loved it!
