Baked Ziti IV
Great recipe! I just lightened it up a bit by using lite sour cream, lite cottage cheese and sweet Italian turkey sausage. I also used whole wheat rotini as I could not find whole wheat ziti. I had no fresh rosemary on hand but did add a Tbsp of Italian seasoning and will add a bit more next time. I've always made my own sauce but was in a pinch and found a really great jarred sauce....Victoria Marinara....they use everything I would use...imported Italian tomatoes, pure Italian olive oil, fresh onions, fresh basil, fresh garlic, sea salt and spices....no high fructose corn syrup, tomato paste, sugar, etc. You get the idea. I thought I would feel guilty not making my own but my husband could not even tell! I will make this again and again!

Dave's Low Country Boil
Awesome! I used 3/4 cup Old Bay to 6 quarts of water as per the Frogmore Stew recipe. I used turkey kielbasa (to cut down on the fat), shrimp, clams, sea scallops and a baby lobster tail per person. It was to die for! I suggest using a turkey fryer as it has the basket with holes in it and you don't have to worry about dumping out the water and keeping the food in the pot. You can't go wrong...add whatever seafood and spices you have and it's perfect. Wonderful recipe to feed a crowd!

Banana Muffins II
I was looking for healthy snacks to make for my son's preschool class. These are moist and delicious!!! To make them even more nutritious, I used whole wheat pastry flour. These will be made again and again....thanks!
