Stewed Cabbage
Really good and easy cabbage side dish. I made the leftovers into a quick soup adding chicken broth, a tiny splash of red wine vinegar, and a dash of Tabasco. Will be making regularly. Thanks.

Chicken Katsu
As good as restaurant chicken katsu. Paired with a tonkatsu sauce. Will definately be making again. Thanks.

Panna Cotta
Silky and perfect. I added a little more milk. Looking forward to trying other possibilites, such as espresso, lemon, and rose panna cotta. Thanks for the great recipe, I'm sure I'll will be making it for years to come!
