Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was a very simple & tasty recipe, perfect for a cool fall day. I did however, make a few modifications. I added the two cans of soup as stated, but only used half of the powdered soup to lesson the saltiness. I added 1/4 cup red wine, 2 tbl. worchestire sauce and 1 bay leaf. I served this alongside redskin garlic smashed potatoes (skins left on). It was a delicious, comforting meal that I will prepare again.
