Vietnamese Meatballs
Too wet for skewers, but I baked at 350 fot 30-40 minutes. Added onions, more fish sauce, and msg, and used rice vineagar instead of rice wine. Next time, I will cover them for most of the cooking time to prevent the outside from drying up.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This recipe is great. I used rice wine vinegar instead of rice wine (because it's all I had) and it turned out wonderful. Definately double or triple the sauce. The second time I made this I added broccoli as well, and it turned out well.

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower
I have been cooking cauliflower like this for the past several years for parties or just at home, and it is my favorite way to prepare it. Everyone who tries it loves it, and it is great leftover or even cold. I just use salt and pepper with the olive oil, and it is fantastic.
