Beer Butt Chicken
This is a wonderful chicken recipe. We follow the directions exactly and it always comes out perfect. The chicken is tender and falls off the bone. The flavor is also out of this world.

Three-Berry Lemon Trifle
I made this for my Mom's birthday and it was a big hit. It's very easy to make and is a nice light dessert. My brother's complained that it was too lemony, but the rest of us thought it was perfect. Will definitely keep this in the rotation for desserts.

Sugar Cookie Icing
I used to use a butter cream icing on my cookies, but since coming across this recipe it's all I use. It tastes great and hardens up nicely. A great compliment to any sugar cookie.
