Portuguese Sweet Bread I
I don't have a bread machine, so I warm the milk and stir in the yeast and sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then i put everything in my mixing bowl and mix, then knead,rise for an hour, put in pans, then bake...still working on temp/time. 9x5 pan 30 min at 350 was perfect. But larger pan was raw in center. THE BEST

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
I used butter flavored crisco. I used this crust with the sweet potato pie I and both were a hit! They said the crust was so buttery! best crust I ever made!
