Old Fashioned Onion Rings
i never knew how easy onion rings could be until i tried this recipe. i will now forever make onion rings vs. frozen fries! i used panko bread crumbs and a large vidalia onion, absolutely delicious!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
i've made this several times over the past few weeks and it is so delicious and so easy. makes the perfect amount to frost a batch of cupcakes, i've been making mini pumpkin cupcakes and adding some cinnamon to the frosting and it's the best combination ever. this is an easy recipe to add whatever flavoring you want, including chocolate!

GA Peach Pound Cake
followed the directions to a T, and it came out really good. baked in a bundt pan and it's moist and tasty. wish that the crust was a little firmer. i would have given this 4 stars but it needs some sort of creamy topping on it to be absolutely delish!
