Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies
well first of all i screwed up and put in a cup of butter so i just added a 1/3 cup of butter flavored shortening but they turned out great even the ones that made it to the next day were still just as good as the first day this will be my always use recipe now

Luscious Slush Punch
tasted very good but was however a little harder than i would have liked and i didnt realize about the freezing part until i was ready to make it

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
i was impressed with this recipe and myself i did add less of the chillis to make it not turn out too hot for me i will do this recipe again
