Grilled Salmon with Curried Peach Sauce
This was so easy to make. I didn't have any curry so I substituted Chai Spice Blend - talk about delicious!

Summer Squash Casserole with Nuts
I didn't have any pecans, so I substituted walnuts and it was great. Next time tho, I think I will saute the onions first to soften them a bit.
