Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

In my opinion, these are too cakey to be cookies, but they are very good. After my first batch as cookies, I changed to a mini muffin pan. That lent itself better to the texture of the batter. Since they were now muffins, I made a quick glaze of powdered sugar and milk and drizzled it over. I would make them, again, that way.

Self-Filled Cupcakes II

These cupcakes are great. I am not a good cupcake maker. They mostly come out dry. NOT these! They were still moist on day 3, when we finished them off. I did not have a cake mix on hand, so I used "Devil's Food Cake I" for the cake part.

Penne a la Vodka II

This is really good and easy to make. I used non-fat plain yogurt, instead of cream, to cut calories. That made it probably more tangy than it would have been. Maybe half yogurt and half cream or possibly 2/3 yogurt, 1/3 cream would make it smoother. With some homemade soft bread sticks and salad, this is a delicious meal.

These have a good flavor. I opted for only one color of sprinkles and they looked fine. They are a little dry and drefinitely not a sweet cookie. I did enjoy them with coffee.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Very good and pretty easy to make. If you cannot find chocolate covered caramels, you can substitute Kraft Caramels. I tried them whole, halved and in thirds and halves worked best.
