No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This is awesome. I used chocolate crust. I put it in the freezer for about an hour and then I put a thin layer of hot fudge sauce. Put back in the freezer for about 30 minutes and put a thin layer of cool whip on it. It is so easy to make and people where fighting over the last piece.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
I did this for a pot luck and it got great reviews. I did think it had a little too much liquid. Next time I will do a ricotta or cottage cheese mixture instead of the mozzarella throughout.

Crispy Rhubarb Pie
I can't even say how much I enjoy this twist to a traditional rhubarb pie. It is so easy to make! Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
