Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
I expected this to be so good, but was disappointed. This dish should go on the dessert table; way too much sugar, and I cut the sugar by half in the yam mixture! The baked consistency was oddly dry. Won't make this one again.

Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Smokies Dipping Sauce
Very good sauce - compliments the Brown Sugar Smokies. I made half a recipe of the sauce and it was enough for a full recipe of the sausages.

Grandma's Corn Chowder
Very good, but I'm with those who said they added a little flour to thicken the chowder. It was a bit too watery for me.
