Coconut Pumpkin Nut Bread
When I first made this bread, I was not very impressed. I may have over baked it using the time in the recipe. I froze it for later use. Later when I served it, it was moist and the flavors blended together wonderfully. Everone loved it.

Key Lime Cream Pie
This pie was quick and easy and my family loved it. I looked for a recipe that was baked, I didn't like the fact that some of the others had raw eggs. I found that it was smooth and creamy, not grainy as another reviewer said.

Fabulous Fruit Salad
This salad was great, I also used red grapes instead of the nectarine, and pecans instead of the walnuts. The second time I made it I omitted the celery. It was just as good!
