My 87 year old parents said that this was the best banana cake they had ever had. One odd thing, though-- we couldn't taste the pineapple! I am not sure why.

I love this recipe!! I used a whole tablespoon of cocoa and, next time, would bake it 35 minutes instead of 40- but this was wonderful and I will make it often.
