Butterscotch Brownies I
Very easy and turned out great. I baked it in an 8-inch heart pan. My knife never came out clean, but after it cooled, it was the perfect consistency.

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert
Quick and easy. I actually used a pound cake mix and made my own, so that took a little bit longer, but VERY GOOD.

Spanish Rice
Not good at all. I question the logic of NEVER removing the lid. It stuck to the bottom of my pan (yes, I used a non-stick) and tasted burnt. I agree with others on the flavor--bland.
