Chicken Fried Chicken
I had fun making and serving this recipe. It was easy and turned out beautifully. I added garlic powder and red pepper to the cracker mix and also dredged the chicken in flour before the egg. I deep fried these (4 at a time) at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and they were perfectly done. Thanks for a new recipe!! This one is a keeper!

Cabbage on the Grill
I love this! I was looking for a way to use some cabbage from the garden for our 4th of July cookout and came across this recipe... boy am I glad I did! Yummy AND easy (I showed my son how to make 1 and he had fun doing the rest on his own)! This one it a keeper. Only thing I did different was to cut the cabbage in eighths instead of fourths. Thank you for a great recipe!

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti
These are the best! Great recipe of things you always have on hand. I followed the recipe exact. I've made these several time and they always turn out just as good as the first time. My only gripe would be that they are small. I've considered making just one log but haven't tried that that. These are great to make when you're hosting a party with a bunch of ladies. Impressive and delish!
