Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia
I am not much of a fish eater but this was pretty good. Not the best but pretty good. I took advice of others and seassoned very well with garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red peppers and i threw some french fried onions in with the breadcrumbs. Pretty good.

Chicken Pot Pie VI
This was the best chicken pot pie ever! I like flaky and soft crust so i used croissant dough for the crust! Also i omitted the mushrooms and used cream of potato soup instead of cream of mushroom! Came out GREAT!
