Old Settlers' Baked Beans
This are great!! They were the first thing to disappear at our son's 1st birthday party. WOW!! I tweaked it just some - threw in butter beans, black beans (along with the other beans listed) and left out white sugar - went to 3/4 brown sugar. Simmered on the stove then threw it in the crock pot on low for a few hours. (We tripled this recipe.) Yummy!!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Very good! I added some ground italian sausage to the meatballs and upped the spices all the way around ~ but YUM!! Thanks for a great recipe! (I also browned the meatballs first - I made 24 small ones - then added to the sauce)

Bill's Sausage Gravy
Very good - took a little while to thicken, but stayed PERFECT in the crockpot for brunch buffet. Needs pretty heavy seasoning ~ and maybe we'll try it with other types of sausage as well. Very good!
