Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
Only one word: AMAZING! This recipe will impress anyone who likes mussels. I made it twice already. The taste comes out way better than in any high class restaurant. This is my crown dish for a special occasion now. The sause is so good you will want to finish it by dipping in the bread.

Baked Mushroom Thighs
This recipe is great if you want to make a different flavor for your chicken. My boyfriend loved them for their different taste. If you have kids they will LOVE the all new chicken drumsticks. You can even make the white meat the same way.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms III
Crabs are too expensive for the taste of these mushrooms. No one liked them that much so I had to throw away a lot of the wasted crab meat. Plus it took so much time to prepare them I got a little discouraged to make the mushrooms appetizers anymore.
