I cooked and tried butternut squash for the first time. I am not sure if I like it or not. It is a different taste. To be totally honest, I don’t have anything to compare it to. This was a new adventure, because I saw the butternut squash in the supermarket. I don’t regret trying the recipes. Thanks for sharing.

This is a good recipe and easy to make. I will make it again. I added red, green, and orange bell pepper.
