Buttery Corn Bread
Very good - used a little bit more cornmeal and maybe a bit more butter next time, but definitely a keeper!

Fried Onion Rings
Very good - added Cayenne Pepper since we love spicy food. Hubby loved them! Will definitely make again but next time with more Cayenne! Also sprinkled salt immediately after cooking and only used one large onion.

Baked Ziti I
I used whole wheat pasta and substituted ricotta cheese instead of sour cream as recommended by others. It was a huge hit with my 3 year old and husband. Will definitely make again!! Thank you!!!
