Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne
This was the first recipe I made in my new (to me) slow cooker a month ago. I made it as is, but added about 5 ounces of frozen artichoke hearts, because I love them with chicken and mushrooms. In the slow cooker, they dissolved into the sauce and made it awesome.

Italian Spinach Sausage Pie
I had a lot of spinach in the freezer and eggs in the fridge and was looking for a recipe to use them. This fit the bill perfectly. My family loved it. So much so that I made one and froze it for when I was out of town. I will definitely make this often.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta
Excellent! My family loved it. I can never make a recipe without adding something, so I added a tablespoon or so of sugar, a little red wine and about 10 leaves of fresh basil chopped up.
