Ciabatta Bread
This is the recipe I've been searching for. It's just like the homemade bread Mom makes without all the hard work. This is definitely a true Italian bread recipe. Everyone loved it. I'll be making this one over and over.

Crispy Zucchini or Pumpkin Blossoms
I'm also from an italian family and grew up with this great recipe. Also told not to use the males. They're the ones with the zucchini growing from them. The female flowers will only have a stem. Good recipe.

White Bread I
Very good. Nice smooth top, however I found the crust to be somewhat soft on top. Could be due to my machine. Otherwise, delicious.
