Made with 4 large tortillas and stuffed them like burritos. Didn't have any cheddar, but used a young gouda. Whole family loved this unique combination which went together surprisingly good. Will definately make this again, possibly with homemade cream of mushroom to make it healthier. Thank you for a great new way to eat tuna!

Great soup for a cold winter day! Didn't have andouille so substituted with a spicy and grainy sausage that I can find locally. Didn't have a ham hock on hand so added extra bacon, it worked, but I'll use a ham hock next time. Will add a bit more cajun seasoning next time for our preference. Served with rice and cornbread on the side, both worked great. Thank you for this delicious soup!

Fantastic sweet corn bread. I baked it in a glass dish so it took a bit longer 25-30 minutes. Fantastic with the Cajun style red bean and rice soup from this site. Will try with chili next time.
