Chicken Milano
Love it .. no changes other then doubling the sauce. Perfect over steamed jasmine rice too!!

Black Bean Avocado Salad
LOVE IT!!! Very light and flavorful. We had it over a bed of crisp roman lettuce. I also doubled the avocado and tomato, and added a teaspoon of sugar to the sauce. Will be making this again.
