Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This is outstanding! As another reviewer suggested, I added about 1/4 cup chopped onion to the ground beef as it browned. I also added a tsp. of minced garlic and a splash of vinegar. This was THE BEST sloppy joe sandwich we have ever eaten! Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe, Laurie!

Chicken Quesadillas
These quesadillas are delicious. I make them exactly as the recipe states except I omit the bacon bits ~ we're not fans of bacon. When we're done with dinner I always wish I had more for lunch the next day, as there are NEVER any left overs. Next time I'll have to remember to make a double recipe! Oh ~ It is only my husband, 3 year old daughter and I so I half the recipe as stated to accommodate our little family. Everyone loves it, even my daughter gobbles these quesadillas up! Yummy!!!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I served these as a dessert after our dinner tonight. They are absolutely wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly except I added a teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. They made 12 big muffins. They are very moist. I did have to cook them for an additional 3-4 minutes to get the centers done. I didn't mash up my bananas first, I simply put them into the mixer whole and let it mix them up for me. I did use a spoon to mash up some of the bigger pieces, but the muffins ended up having banana chunks in them that were delicious! The crumb topping is a must! I will definitely be adding this to my own personal recipe book. Thanks Lisa!
