Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
Delicious! Sounded bland so I added a few dashes of garlic powder, onion powder, parm cheese & garlic garlic from Tastefully Simple. Also made the meatballs larger than an ice cream scoop so they needed to cook about 45 minutes instead of 20. SUPER quick & easy...really moist & tasty. Thank u!

I can not seem to figure out what I do wrong but my chocolate is always too thick & unmanagable. I have it on low heat, but this still happens. Ugh....

Stuffed Shells I

Like any good Italian dish, I make the night before-always better the next day. Don't want a sloppy mess? Then don't cook the noodles! Simple fill up a pan of tap water & place noodles in pan for about 15 min, they will be a little hard to handle, but it will work & when you are all done cooking, they will be perfect. I used red. fat rigotta cheese & red. fat cottage cheese, it was delicious. Added a bit more than a pinch of Italian seasoning for a bit more flavor. The most important part of this is to use FRESH Parm/Romano cheese, it makes the dish. Thanks so much!!

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

I have really good bekers in my family & they raved about these so that's a compliment! I heated in the sauce pan on low instead of dealing with the microwave. I bought the pre-chopped walnuts(alot cheaper than pecans). Will make for many occasions. Freezes very well too. I used SALTED saltines. Thank you!!!**Don't forget to flatten lightly with your hand after you add walnuts so they don't all fall off when you cut & arrange them for serving.**

I've been making these for years...They are much better when you layer as follows: melted butter, sprinkle crushed crackers next, chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut & save the sweetened milk for Last. No need to press them down either. Cook for 28 minutes & you have the best cookie ever!

I Doubled this recipe, I used french bread, taosted it on my over & made it the day before just to save time> Before I put it in the oven I added a little broth from the turkey that was cooking in the oven (took the baster & sucked up some juice from the turkey & squirted it on the stuffing), cooked covered for 30 minutes & uncovered for 12. Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
My & half of my guests do not even like sweet potatoes but each & everyone of us loved this casserole. Out of 5 side dishes, this was the 1st one to be eaten up! Kids & adults will love this! I tried baking htem, but they were still really hard so I peeled them up, placed them in boiling water(like I do when making regular mashed potatoes) until they were really soft (maybe 15 minutes), drain them & they were so easy to mash up after that.
