Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce
Very simple to make. The only change I made was to add fresh basil rather than dried. It was delicious. Served with stuffed pork chops and broccoli, red pepper, mushrooms in butter sauce and fresh Alaskan sour dough bread. A speical occasion meal.

Mexican Rice II
This was an excellent side dish served along with refried beans and chicken enchiladas. I added a few frozen peas to add some nutritional value and color. (Our local Mexican restaurant adds peas, that's where I got the idea.)

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Delicious and easy. I used some ideas of other reviewers so I added sauteed mushrooms and grated Romano cheese along with the feta and Parmesean. I also used fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil packed. I put a little of the oil from the tomatoes in, too.
