Since it's usually only my boyfriend and I eating, I make 2 small loaves - cook one and freeze the other. Bake frozen loaf for an hour and a half at 350. Yum!!!

After reading some of the reviews, I cut the amount of lemon juice down to a tablespoon. Like other reviewers I found it sort of bland so I added a couple shakes of garlic powder and some salt after tasting it halfway through cooking. I think the garlic really helps unite the taste of the broccoli and lemon.

When my boyfriend got home, I was just beginning to brown the meat and he commented that it smelled a little "gamey". But by the time I was finished cooking it all the word "gamey" was no where to be found in our house!! This recipe will definitely be used again and again!!! As a side note, I also used the Dirty Rice mix (after browning I added the water for the rice, 3 beef bouillon cubes, and the rice mix directly to the pot; covered and simmered it all together for 25 minutes). I started cooking before my boyfriend got home so I wasn't sure which cut of meat the tips came from so I used a shoulder roast and cut it up... it was a little tough (to be expected) but still tasted great!

Delicious and SO EASY curry!! As one reviewer mentioned, try to use spices which have not been in your cabinet for eons for maximum flavor. Try adding a can of drained tuna, a can of drained diced tomatoes, or a can of diced potatoes (or any combination of those) for some extra weight!

I was looking for a simple, old fashion mac and cheese that does not use processed cheese (I just can't reason eating cheese that does not need to be refrigerated!!) and I found it. When I made the cheese sauce it was a little thick so I simply added some extra milk a tablespoon at a time. I also used enough bread crumbs to cover the top (about half of what was made). Easy and delicious, definitely a keeper!

I always make lots of this recipe when I am haivng my girlfriends over for the weekend (one of them is a vegitarian)- let me tell you it tastes amazing and its even better after a night out ;) The recipe is so fast and easy to make, the ingredients are relatively inexpensive and I typically have most of them on hand- I usually use a whole 6 oz bag of pre-washed spinach (anything extra would just get thrown away because I dont really like spincach), petite diced tomatoes and a few cloves of fresh garlic... I also like to add freshly grated parm. it's much better than the stuff in the plastic containers. I've also thrown in steamed shrimp at the last minute for my carnivore friends- its a tasty addition but i'm sure chicken would be great as well! try it! its worth it! :)

these meatballs were very good!! as you can tell by the recipe, they are little spicy (hot), excellent for those who like a little kick! i ended up baking them at 350 for about 20 minutes then simmering them in the sauce for an hour because I had some extra time. delicious! thanks!

Fabulous! Like other reviewers, I lessened recipe by 1/2 c flour and added 1/2 c extra cornmeal. Baked it in a 9x9 square at 375 instead of 400, for about 30 minuntes... I have to admit I was a little afraid to do it in the skillet! Turned out nice and golden brown on the top with no burning. Great flavor especially with a large dollop of butter on top ;) Thanks for the recipe!
