This chili is great. I have made it several times now, and everyone loves it. The coffee, beer, and cocoa powder gives it a unique flavor. I usually make it with just ground beef because I never have sirloin handy and it still tastes great. Also peppers can be added, or taken away to appeal to everyones heat level.
