I made this recipe for a party I was catering, and I got rave reviews on how everyone loved my chicken! I did add some Tabasco and fish sauce to give the marinade a little more kick, but other than that I stuck with the recipe. I do agree it makes tons of peanut sauce though. I have lots left over, but I figure I'll use what I can now and stick the rest in the freezer. All in all, great!

Sounds like some others didn't enjoy this recipe too much, but my boyfriend and I loved it. I made it at his place though and he doesn't have measuring spoons, so I just guessed on the amounts--I went light on the fish sauce (which smells funny but everything tasted good) and heavy on the red pepper sauce, and everything turned out great. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe was excellent. I served it at a dinner party, and everyone loved it! I also grilled some red and green peppers and served them on top with the mango salsa, which I thought added some nice colour. Thanks for a great recipe!
