Indonesian Satay
I made this recipe for a party I was catering, and I got rave reviews on how everyone loved my chicken! I did add some Tabasco and fish sauce to give the marinade a little more kick, but other than that I stuck with the recipe. I do agree it makes tons of peanut sauce though. I have lots left over, but I figure I'll use what I can now and stick the rest in the freezer. All in all, great!
