Country Apple Dumplings
My father's friend made these and I just had to scour this website to find the recipe! I'm so glad, as these are like delicious bundles of heaven. Do not substitute the Mountain Dew for any other soda, however.

Penne with Spicy Chicken Sausage, Beans, and Greens
I made this dish the other night and it was absolutely delicious. The only 2 things I changed was I used chicken broth in place of the wine (not a huge wine person) and I used Feta cheese in place of the goat cheese. VERY GOOD!
