Blueberry Muffins I
These were so-so. They came out really white (not golden) but fully cooked. They were not too sweet - very subtle. Definitely a quick & easy recipe.

Black Bean Cigars
I was skeptical at first (being used to authentic Mexican food), but these were really delicious! We used habanero cheddar cheese to spice things up and also included 4 tablespoons of Tapatio hot sauce instead of"picante sauce".

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These were fantastic! They came out perfect on the first try. I didn't change a thing. I pressed the dough balls down a bit with my fingers before baking them, and I baked them exactly 8 minutes. They came out just right.
