Chicken Marsala

I followed the recipe but it was very plain in flavor, my family and I did not it enjoy it at all.

So good! You have to try this if you like the corn cakes at Chevy's or Don Pablos. The great thing about this is you get a much larger helping at home then you do there! Sweet and creamy a great accompaniment to Fajitas!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Different but delicious soup! I added zucchini because I had it. I did chop the potatoes and used frozen spinach. I also added fresh oregano, thyme and basil from my garden. I finished with Parm Reggiano and it was delicious.

Golden Pork Chops

Delicious recipe! I seared my chops on both sides and that cut the baking time down to about 25 minutes. I also used a little white wine to loosen up the soups a bit. I only had one can of golden mushroom and one can of chicken and mushroom and it was delicious. Served with mashed potatoes and peas!

Bob's Stuffed Mushrooms

Great recipe! I did exchange the clams for sausage and I added a little white wine to the butter mixture poured over the top of the mushrooms as suggested by another reviewer. Thanks for the recipe Bob!

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

My husband and I thought this was tasty but it was very sweet. I imagine if I had used Granny Smith Apples and less sugar this would be delicious.

Golden Rum Cake

I made this cake for friends as a Christmas present and I couldnt stop eating the shavings I cut off the bottom to make the cake sit flat! I soaked the spare pieces in the glaze and it was simply divine! Great presentation in a decorative bundt pan, especially with the nuts on top! Definitely try this recipe its great!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Delicious muffin! Only changed the recipe a little bit. Had 4 really ripe bananas and added a tsp of vanilla and a tsp of cinnamon to the batter. Incredibly moist and the topping is great!

Grilled Potatoes and Mushrooms

Made this last night and myself and my husband really enjoyed it. I used Broccoli and Cheese Soup and Cream of Potato because I did not have Cream of Mushroom. Other then that followed the recipe. I did double wrap and towards the end some juice was leaking out so try to seal as best you can. Excellent recipe, will do again!
