Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers
I didn't love the flavor. I thought the garlic ranch flavor was too strong. I won't make again.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
I loved the combo of the meat with the blue cheese topping. I didn't care for the port wine sauce. I would make the filet again with a glass of wine on the side.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole
I just made this for a teacher breakfast and everyone loved it. I had requests for the recipe. I did let it sit over night and had to add additional eggs. It is a great basic recipe that you can easily modify with your favorite breakfast meats, veggies and cheeses. It's a keeper.
