Strawberry Pie II
I served this tonight for my son's birthday party. Everyone loved it. It was just right for a warm evening. I only needed a half cup of sugar and put the filling into a homemade graham cracker crust. The color was a pretty, deep pink, but didn't look like strawberry. I wonder if using corn syrup instead of cornstarch would thicken the filling and preserve the natural strawberry color.
