Breakfast Sausage

I made a double batch of these exactly according to the recipe, and my coworkers are gobbling them up as we speak, tossing around raves like, "Best brownies I ever had," and "To die for." Deceptively easy, yet delicious!

Ultimate Corn Bread

This cornbread definitely lives up to its reviews - it's awesome! Moist and buttery, although a bit crumbly. The only thing I noticed was that my cook time was about 15 minutes longer than listed. But it's worth the wait!

Black Bean And Corn Salad I

I really liked this combination; however, I did find that it needed closer to one cup of the balsamic vinaigrette. With that modification, it was divine!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Molasses Cookies

This is one of the best cookie recipes I've ever tried - it turns out great every time. Next time I may try one of the others' suggestions and bump up the spices, but they're wonderful as they are anyway.

Cream Cheese Corn

To say my family doesn't like vegetables is an understatement; they're NON-vegetable eaters! But they gobbled up this dish with a zest usually reserved for dessert. In the middle of my Thanksgiving dinner, I had to make a second batch! It's perfect, although not at all healthy or low in fat or carbs. That's probably what makes it so good.
