Cheddar Spirals
This is my quick & easy potluck dish that always gets eaten. I use whole wheat spirals cooked quite al dente. I also use 1/4 C butter & fat free milk, & use sharp cheddar for a bit more taste. A little powdered mustard & garlic powder for a bit more flavor & you are good to go.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles
pretty good. made some changes. only had cream of chicken so I used 2 of those, plus a can of mushrooms. Then added chopped garlic, celery & carrots. I cooked whole wheat 'egg' style noodles separately & added at the end. it was a bit bland for me, but the kids ate it (picking out the veggies of course). good comfort food & easy to put together with stuff in the house. thx.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
pretty good - a little light on the flavor, next time I'd probably add more lemon. I did saute the garlic which helped. nice simple fish recipe, kids liked it.
