Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini
This was very good. I used it as a veggie dish for dinner. I made one change - I added a small amount of fresh minced garlic. When I make it again, which I will, I am going to top them with a bread crumb topping. I think that will add a great crunch and texture.

Buttermilk Cocoa Cake
I'm afraid this is worth only 2 stars. It is more sweet than chocolaty, and the frosting was very runny. I had to chill it for an hour before it was of "spreading" consistency. I think, maybe by adding 1 or 2 1oz. bars of a good quality bittersweet chocolate, melted, may improve the cake. It was, however, very moist.
