Deep Dish Brownies
I, too, used only 2 eggs and omitted the baking podwer as suggested before. Great texture. Good fudgey taste. My only criticism is that it is a bit too sweet.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)
I agree with others and had lots of the topping left over. I also found the dough not stiff enough to roll into balls, so I added a little extra flour. Good cinnamon taste!

Potato Casserole II
Yummy!!! I added 1/2 cup crumbled bacon. Took it to a potluck and it was a hit!
