Orange Crunch Cake
I made this for a co-workers birthday and it was absolutely GREAT! I followed the recipe exactly. However, when I make this cake again I will add a box of pudding. The center of the cake split when I turned it over. Will definitely be making this one sooner than later.

Tara's Sweet and Chunky Chicken Salad
Easy recipe...I made this this morning for our lunch and it turned out EXCELLENT! I used some of the advice from other reviewers and I substituted dill pickle and added relish and celery. I also added chopped walnuts to give it an additional crunch.

Best Peach Cobbler Ever
I have made this several times and today I made a few changes to it. I added 1 tsp. of vanilla extract. I also cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup of brown sugar. All I can say is that it was EXCELLENT!
