Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
I used Tony Chachere's seasoning... fabulous! Does someone know a perfect dipping sauce for these?

Southern Peach Cobbler
Excellent!!! Only complaint was that there wasn't enough batter to put ontop, will double that part of the recipe next time. I too went easy on the sugar/cin last step. Mmmm, very good!!!

Jalapeno Strawberry Jam
I usually just make the Jalapeno jam w/cider vinegar... this was a great twist!!! I too used the seeds for an extra kick, and only 6 cups of sugar. Thanks for sharing! These will be great Christmas gifts! So pretty too.
