It's Chili by George!!
Great Recipe. Increased the seasonings to suit our taste. Also, changed 2lbs ground beef to 1:1 pork and beef and added 1 24 oz can whole tomatoes which i crushed before adding them.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
This was delicious. I grilled a whole beer can jerk chicken the night before. I removed the bones and skin from the breasts and thighs and used that as my chicken for the soup. I then boiled the leftover bones and any skin in about 6 cups of water and let it simmer. I then used about 2.5 cups of the seasoned water for my broth. The grilled jerk chicken flavored water gave it awesome flavor. I did not have any canned tomatoes so I used a jar of hot salsa. No hominy but doubled the corn, added some lime juice. I am sure that this recipe was good before but these changes made it awesome along with the accompanyments mentioned in the recipe.
